| Do you ship to my country? |

Please create an account by clicking the "My Account / Order Status" link at the top right hand side of our site. During signup we'll ask for your shipping address details including country. If your country is not in the dropdown menu of available countries, unfortunately we cannot ship to your country at this time. |
| What are my payment choices? |

During the checkout process you may choose any of our current payment options and continue to place your order. Please note that we will not ship your order until we receive payment from you. |
| When will my order ship and what are my shipping charges? |

Shipping is automatically calculated prior to submitting your payment information. Simply add items to your cart and proceed to the Checkout page where you will be offered Shipping Method choices and their prices.
Every effort is made to ship your order the same day, but please expect orders to ship anywhere from 1 to 3 business days from the day you placed your order. Due to volume of orders and certain seasons, it is extremely difficult to ship your order the same day.
If you require your order to be expediated, please call us at 1.877.874.2202.
When estimating when you will receive your order, please consider 1 to 3 business days for your order to ship plus the actual shipping duration... this can be 2 business days with Priority Mail, 3 to 5 business days with UPS Ground, 1 business day with UPS overnight, etc.
**International Orders**
Please allow more time for customs processing. Once your package is received within customs we do not know how long it will take to get to you. Add at least another 3 business days to your shipping time.
You, the customer, are responsible for all duties and taxes on your shipment. If or when the shipping company bills us for the duties on your package, you will see an additional charge on your account for this amount.

Our return policy is easy!
As long as an item is not visibly used, damaged or cut,
you may return your product to:

The following items may be returned for store credit:
- Roman Shade Ring Tape (by the yard)
- Lift Cord (by the yard)
- Pleating Tape (by the yard)
- Rib/ring Loop Tape (by the yard)
- Lining
All other items, as long as you have not cut them or damaged them,
you may return for a full refund less the shipping costs.
