Want to make a gathered drapery panel, but want something different? Try smocking your drapery heading - creating up to 3 times fullness. You will create a true "wow" effect. These Translucent Header Tapes work especially well with sheer fabric.  They are less obvious even on printed fabric.   When the cords are pulled, pleats and spaces between them remain smooth.  The pleating tape has two rows of pockets on the back for easily inserting drapery hooks.
