Description   Want to make a gathered drapery panel, but want something different? Try smocking your drapery heading - creating up to 3 times fullness. You will create a true "wow" effect. These Translucent Header Tapes work especially well with sheer fabric.  They are less obvious even on printed fabric.   When the cords are pulled, pleats and spaces between them remain smooth.  The pleating tape has two rows of pockets on the back for easily inserting drapery hooks. Here's a tip! Sew 2 rows to create a deep heading. The photo shows you how 2 rows of tape would look.   Features Sold By The Yard or save with our 10 yard packs! The translucent material disappears on your fabric, making it perfect for sheer treatments. Smocking tape creates a 2 3/4" heading. Pull 4 cords on the 2 3/4" smocking tape to create up to 3 times fullness. The pleating tape has two rows of pockets on the back for easily inserting drapery hooks. Simply insert the hooks and hook it onto your drapery rings or traverse rod.
