Swagholders, tiebacks, wooden drapery rings and metal drapery ring hooks are special order items. These items do not ship directly from our warehouse. They are dropshipped from a separate supplier. Please allow an additional 3 to 5 business days to receive these items. These items will ship from the supplier within 5 business days from the date the order was placed via UPS Ground. Even if you choose US Priority Mail on the web site, your order will ship UPS Ground.
If you wish to have your drapery hardware order expediated, you must select UPS 2nd day air or Next Day air shipment. Plus there will be an additional $15 rush fee applied to your order once it has been shipped. This is the fee that is charged to us when rushing an order with the supplier. Please allow up to 2 business days for your item to ship via the shipping method you choose.
