The cord idler is the alternative to a cord pulley. The difference is the cord idler has less moving parts... meaning less reasons for your cord idler to break with use. The small cord idler's base is 2 3/4" x 3/4". The perfect size to fit perfectly on a 1" dust board. The small cord idler can fit up to 6 lift cords. If there are more than 6 lift cords then you should use our large cord idler or a second small cord idler. The large cord idler's base is 2 3/4" x 1". The large cord idler can fit up to 10 lift cords. If there are more than 10 cords, another Cord Idler should be used.
